Virtual Records Management Training

Presented by Owen Ellard, Library Director, Records Management Officer, UT Health San Antonio

Friday, February 4th  |  9:00 am - 11:00 am

Thank you for your patience. Due to Covid-19, in-person training classes are suspended until further notice. In the meantime, please join us for a virtual records management training session on February 4th, 2022. This class will cover the basics of records management, how to search and interpret the records retention schedule, and how to complete inventory and disposition logs. The content is geared towards departmental Records Management Representatives, but anyone interested is invited to attend.

If you have not already registered and would like to attend the training, contact Diane Fotinos at fotinos@uthscsa.edu or 210-450-8260 and a meeting invite will be sent to your email.

Library Feature of the Month: Study Pods

Briscoe Library is focused on being the space where students can come to learn, study, or relax 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With almost 70 study rooms, coffee and food vending machines, exercise desks, and a Reflection Room, the library is here for students to use as their own space.

One of the library's most popular study features is our individual study pods. With 8 study pods located throughout the library (2 on the 3rd floor and 6 on the 4th floor), these pods offer a comfortable place to study or relax in a semi-private environment. Have you had a chance to try out a study pod?
