Sharing Your Library
Once you have configured Sync:
- Open the library that you would like to share if it is not already open.
- Click File > Share to set up your Library Sharing team.
- Enter the email addresses of your collaborators or others you'd like to share with.
- You can add an optional message to the invitation if you would like.
- Click Invite to send the invitation.
Invited collaborators must also have an EndNote account for sharing to work properly.
You can also remove a Sharing team member, send a reminder email, or change assigned access rights anytime by clicking the drop down menu next to each user's email address.
To open a shared library, once you have received an invitation:
- Click File > Open Shared Library...
- Select the library that you want to open
- If no libraries show up, your collaborator may need to send the invitation again
