Availability: Must be reserved for classes or meetings that require hands-on computer use. Available for computer use when not reserved.
Reservations: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Features: Projector, instructor station, videoteleconferening (VTC) equipment. Internet access, Microsoft Office and whiteboards are available. The computers are networked to a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). They do not have hard drives, so users are encouraged to bring USB data drives if they wish to save files.
Food and beverages: To protect the computers and peripherals, only covered beverages are allowed. Spills should be cleaned up immediately, or reported to Library staff.

The purpose of the Library's classrooms is to support the programs and mission of the University.
Library classrooms are for the use of UT Health San Antonio students, faculty, and staff. The requestor must be affiliated with UT Health, and the program must be sponsored by either a department or organization affiliated with UT Health.
Special software requirements in LIB 2.011 must be made known when the room is reserved, and be installed in advance. The Library will not purchase special software for classes. The requestor must own the software and have the license to have it installed on multiple computers. All software must be must be compatible with a VDI platform and be used in compliance with license agreements.
To request software installation, submit a ticket at the IMS Self Service Portal and select “UT Health Computer Repair and Servicing”. Special software will be uninstalled after the conclusion of the class or workshop series. Questions should be directed to the IMS Service Desk at 210-567-7777.
Library staff do not provide equipment setup or support services. A/V Classroom Support provides support for the following:
