From the library homepage, click on .
Select the link that fits your affiliation type.
For Current Faculty, Staff, & Students, use your UTHSCSA username and password.
For Adjunct Faculty & All Other Users, use your library username and pin (see the next tab for more info)
If you are Adjunct or Clinical Faculty and have a network ID and password and badge, you will have seamless access to library resources. However, if you are Adjunct or Clinical Faculty and DO NOT HAVE a network ID and password or badge, you will need to take a couple of additional steps.
In order to access electronic resources you must:
Our library staff will reply directly to your email with a unique username and password
When visiting resources, log into the library's homepage using the "All Other Users" link
NOTE: Your access will expire annually on 8/31, at the end of the fiscal year. When you receive your new appointment letter, you will need to resubmit for renewed access following the process above.
Accessing the building
If you do not have a UT Health San Antonio badge, you will not be able to enter the library. Should you need to use the library space, please reach out to me or another member of library staff via chat, email (askalibrarian@uthscsa.edu) or phone (210-567-2450).
