If you are Adjunct or Clinical Faculty and have a network ID and password and badge, you will have seamless access to library resources. However, if you are Adjunct or Clinical Faculty and DO NOT HAVE a network ID and password or badge, you will need to take a couple of additional steps.

In order to access electronic resources you must:

  1. Email a copy of your appointment letter to askalibrarian@uthscsa.edu
  2. Library proxy screenshotCreate a library account at https://briscoe.uthscsa.edu/ (click on Register)

Our library staff will reply directly to your email with a unique username and password

When visiting resources, log into the library's homepage using the "All Other Users" link

NOTE: Your access will expire annually on 8/31, at the end of the fiscal year. When you receive your new appointment letter, you will need to resubmit for renewed access following the process above.
