Resources and links to support Distance and online tools

Access to Library Resources

Students who are enrolled in distance programs or are unable to get to the Library in person are still able to take advantage of the library's collections and services. Distance learners include:

  • students living outside of San Antonio or Laredo area who are currently enrolled in a UT Health Science Center course and are not attending any class that meets in person as least once a week
  • students and residents who are on rotation at sites outside of San Antonio
  • doctoral candidates who have completed course work and are living outside San Antonio or Laredo area

Citation Managers

EndNote

Beginning Monday, November 6, 2023, the EndNote program will be available for UT Health San Antonio Faculty, Staff, and Students from UT Health San Antonio Information Technology (UTHSA-IT). It is available for Windows and Mac OSX.  For more information, see the EndNote libguide

Zotero

Zotero is an application that collects, managers, and cites research sources. It works in any OS, connects with your browser, and is free to use. For more information, see the Zotero guide.
