About Scopus
Scopus is a large abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature: scientific journals, books, and conference proceedings. Scopus includes over:
Analyze journal using SNIP, SJR, and Elsevier's Journal Analyzer
Bulk retrieval in PDF format
Identify and match an organization with its research output
Identify collaborators or subject experts
Manage your impact with your ORCHID ID
Use Emtree.
It's true that you can access Embase citations through Scopus, but it only allows keyword searching. If you look for the term "heart attack", you will miss anything indexed using the Emtree terminology "myocardial infarction".
