Use Emtree.

It's true that you can access Embase citations through Scopus, but it only allows keyword searching. If you look for the term "heart attack", you will miss anything indexed using the Emtree terminology "myocardial infarction".

Workaround:

  1. Find an article you like
  2. Look for the Emtree indexing
  3. Make notes of those terms
  4. Use the Emtree terms as your keywords
