Before publishing your guide, run through this checklist.

Audience

Who is the target audience for this guide?  
What am I trying to communicate to them?  
Does this guide support the learning goals I've set out?  
What is the benefit to the target audience?  
What tone am I using, and is it appropriate?  

Settings

The title and URL follow standard formatting. Guide has a friendly URL.  
The page title is simple and meaningful  
The guide is assigned to the right group and has the proper tags assigned  
The guide follows one of the official guide templates  

Content

Text is black and sized to 14px. Links are blue and underlined.  
No unnecessary bold or italics  
Standard terms are used throughout  
Content is straight to the point and concise, active voice is used  
Link text is descriptive, doesn't include "click here"  
Text is scannable and easy to read  

Accessibility

All images have descriptive alt text, including infographics  
Videos and audio include captions or a transcript
